We price based on scope, data complexity, and timeline. After a Discovery Sprint, we provide a fixed-price quote with clear deliverables — no time-and-materials surprises.
Do you offer hourly consulting?
No. We work on fixed-price phases with defined outcomes. This keeps incentives aligned with shipping working software, not billing more hours.
What payment terms do you offer?
Pilot builds are typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Larger production engagements are split into 3–4 milestone payments tied to specific deliverables.
What if the project scope changes?
Scope is documented upfront in a written statement of work. If something changes mid-project, we'll write a short change order describing the impact on price and timeline before proceeding.
Do you offer discounts for startups?
